Human-readable text is the language of AI communication.

When you write a prompt, you write in human-readable text. When AI responds, it responds in human-readable text — most often in markdown. Markdown is structured enough to carry meaning: headings, lists, emphasis, code, tables. And transparent enough that you never lose the words underneath. This is not a coincidence — plain text is what language models are built on. The problem is that the rest of the software world hasn't caught up. That's the gap these tools fill.

When AI responds to you, it almost always writes in markdown. Headers, bullet lists, bold text, code blocks — all of it is markdown. Most software either renders it invisibly or hands you raw syntax. Neither is great.

These tools exist to close that gap: converting markdown to Word documents, rendering it cleanly, formatting text before it goes in or after it comes out. Small, focused tools that do one thing well.
